How do I place an order?

Simply fill in the relevant enquiry form for the product(s) you require, we will send you a quotation by your chosen contact method. If you decide not to go ahead that will be the end of the matter, we will not contact you further.

I am happy with my quote how do I proceed?

Please make your payment. Your order will be processed and delivered to you within 14 days.*

Can I use my own design?

Yes you can use your own design just send us your artwork or ideas by e-mail or fax , we will send you your finished artwork by email for your approval.

I have my own design/logo how can I send it?

Click here to e-mail a file attachment to our art department  artroom@norfolkhotfoil.co.uk  we accept the following formats: Tiff, Bmp, Eps,Gif, Corel Draw file (any version), if sending a Corel file please convert all fonts (text) to curves.

Can you print in mutiple colours?

Yes we can, just fill in you exact requirements in the product enquiry form.
